2. Ingredients of soaps

If you suffer from any kind of allergies make sure that you find out about all the ingredients, before purchasing one of our products. Our product description include a full list of all the ingredients, essential oils and fragrances used in each soap.

By reading the Terms and Conditions you agree that it is your responsibility to monitor changes on our site.

​6. Shipping Policy

All orders will leave within 3-4 days of confirmation of your order and normal delivery time in France is around 2/3 days. For the rest of Europe you should allow 6/8 days and for the USA and Australia approximately 15/18 days. For full details please refer to our Shipping policy page.

7. ​Returns and Refunds

Under EU consumer rights law you have the right to return certain goods, but you need to contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be able to claim a refund you must contact us and return the products within the 14 day period and at your own expenses.

However, as our soaps cannot be reused for health and hygiene reasons, the EU rule does not apply. Also, this rule does not apply to custom made orders. As all our products fall under this exemption all sales are final due to hygiene and safety reasons. For full details please refer to our Refunds and Returns Policy

​8. International Customer

We sell and ship to France and the European Union. For shipping to anywhere else in the world, we do ship but you are responsible for any other charges such as customs duties and taxes that may be added. Pure RoK is not responsible for adding these additional costs or for paying them.

All personal information collected from you through our website is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please ensure you have read our policy and understand how we collect, store, use and share your personal data.

​​10. Wholesale Inquiries

We are very happy to discuss one-off and regular Wholesale orders. Our soaps are sold by a growing list of independent shops and traders here in France and other countries, under the Pure Rok Soap name or under a different label. For more details email Katrina at purerok1@gmail.com

11. Payment Methods

We accept payment for all orders via PAYPAL, cheque and direct Bank to Bank transfers.
